Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

• It must have all original tags attached.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at support@getglobalpath.com so we can resolve the issue right away.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, plants, or flowers).

Customized products (special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (beauty and hygiene products).

Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).

Digital downloads and Gift Cards.

Sale items (All "Final Sale" items are non-refundable).

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new, separate order for the replacement item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet all original condition requirements.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please remember that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
